With so many ski and snowboard resorts in Utah, we know it can be hard to decide where to spend your day. We’ve listed some of the most popular resorts in Utah to help you decide which one will be best for you.
Park City
Park City Mountain is located 40 minutes from the Salt Lake City Airport. It is known to be large and spaced out, giving people plenty of room to ski. It also offers several trails for all ski and snowboard experience levels. Prices start at $95/day.
Snowbird
Snowbird is located 45 minutes from the Salt Lake City Airport and offers varied and exciting terrain. Skiers and snowboarders love the terrain that suits everyone, from first-timers to the best of the best. Lift tickets start at $100.
Alta

Skiers say it’s usually not too crowded as they have a cap on ticket sales to limit the number of people each day. Powder Mountain has terrain for all experience levels, including several great beginner hills.
Snowbasin
Snowbasin has several great slopes for beginners, intermediate, and advanced skiers and snowboarders. It’s located just 45 minutes from the Salt Lake City Airport. Full-day tickets start at $155, while half-day tickets start at $105.
