GEAR SPECIALIST
ONLINE ORDERS
As a Gear Specialist for Online Orders, you'll play a crucial role in creating customized ski and snowboard packages for our customers. You'll carefully select gear tailored to their needs, ensuring all equipment is properly tuned and in excellent condition. From start to finish, you'll keep customers updated on their order status, providing a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. Your expertise and attention to detail will help bring joy to every customer hitting the slopes.
SKI
EXPERT
As a Ski Expert, you’ll specialize in helping customers find the perfect ski gear, including precise boot fittings, selecting the right skis, and recommending accessories. Your knowledge and personalized service will ensure every skier is equipped for their best experience on the mountain.
SNOWBOARD
EXPERT
As a Snowboard Expert, you’ll specialize in guiding customers to the ideal snowboard gear, including personalized board recommendations, bindings, and boots. Your expertise and passion for snowboarding will ensure every rider is set up for success and ready to shred the slopes with confidence.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
SPECIALIST
As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the friendly face that creates a welcoming experience for every customer. Your responsibilities include assisting U-Haul customers with rentals and returns, guiding guests to the appropriate team member for expert assistance, and managing checkout transactions. You'll also engage with customers browsing apparel and accessories, answering questions and ensuring they feel supported throughout their shopping experience. With a focus on excellent communication and customer satisfaction, you'll play a key role in keeping the store running smoothly and providing outstanding service.
